On January 25, 2016, the Company announced its entry into the Tampa Bay area of Florida with the hire of a regional CEO for that market, Gregory W. Bryant. Mr. Bryant was formerly the President and CEO of Bay Cities Bank prior to its sale to Home Bancshares, Inc. The Company has evaluated all subsequent events through the date of this filing to ensure that this Form 10-K includes appropriate disclosure of events both recognized in the financial statements as of December 31, 2015, and events which occurred subsequent to December 31, 2015 but were not recognized in the consolidated financial statements. |
