NOTE 22. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSAs more fully described in Note
4, the Company had outstanding loan balances to related parties as of December 31, 2017 and 2016 in the amount of $8.4 million and $10.8 million, respectively. Related party deposits totaled $7.0 million and $7.9 million at December 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively. |
