On January 9, 2009, ServisFirst
Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that the
Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary bank, ServisFirst Bank, exceeded $150 million
in total assets in the Montgomery market. A copy of the press release
is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
